We absolutely love the SwaddleKeepers! We keep the babies swaddled all night long and it helps them feel more secure and safe and thus rest more peacefully. We use the SwaddleKeepers primarily at night, unless someone is having a fussy spell, so that night time is associated with sleeping more soundly and their day vs night routines can be established. The SwaddleKeepers have made it easier for me to learn to breastfeed two babies and still lovingly support their little bodies. Because they are so easy to hold, and so cute when wrapped, we have had many visitors remark at what a neat idea and ask where they can find one. Our newborns love their SwaddleKeeper blankets and so do their Mommy and Daddy!

We used one of the first SwaddleKeepers that Kim designed with our daughter Dena. She loved to be held and we loved holding her wrapped in a neat little package. When my father visited he was hesitant to hold her, thinking she was too fragile. After the first time holding her in the SwaddleKeeper with the soft head support, he would happily hold her without worrying about supporting her tiny body. She was easily wrapped using one of our numerous receiving blankets and then simply securing the wrap with the SwaddleKeeper.

During the first few weeks, our son was a bit fussy while learning to breastfeed. The SwaddleKeeper blanket made us feel like we could handle him with more confidence. He loved being swaddled and we loved having the head support, especially during breastfeeding when I was trying to coordinate so many other things. When we found out we were expecting twins we did a lot of research into parenting multiples, especially as newborns. Our daughter Lily loved the SwaddleKeeper! She used it from the day she was born. The nurses and doctors at the hospital also loved the ease of swaddling her after an exam or diaper change. At home, she would know it was time to sleep when she felt the security of the SwaddleKeeper. Most of the time, we would leave it in the crib so that when we put her to sleep at night, we could lay her on the blanket then easily secure the SwaddleKeeper. She would sleep longer when secured and we discovered one night that she awoke after about a hour because we forgot to close the SwaddleKeeper and she missed the snug wrap that she was used to feeling.
